الترجمة الي العربية - المحاضرة الثانية

لإلقاء المزيد من الضوء على بعض الاختلافات بين التراكيب والمعاني
في اللغتين ، أقدم هذه الفقرة بعنوان:

 (I) Haskins Heads Task Force

هاسكنز على رأس فريق المهمات

Christopher Haskins, a long time Labour supporter and chairman of Northern Foods, is to head the Government’s Task Force on Better Regulation, the successor’s body to the Conservatives’ Deregulation Unit. The task force will soon appoint a panel of 12 to 15 members who will look at regulation in Government departments, corporate governance, the environment and the regulatory powers of local government. There is no connection with the DTI inquiry into utilities regulation.

بعد قراءة الفقرة أكثر من مرة من أجل استيعاب المعني, يتعين على المترجم أن يحدد مكونات كل جملة , وبتحليل الجملة الأولي :

نجد الآتي :

1( الفاعل (subject ) هو :

Ø    Christopher Haskins

Ø    A long-time Labour supporter

Ø    And chairman of Northern Foods

2) والفعل في الجملة هو :

is to head    تقرر أن يرأس, و نلاحظ أنه يشير إلى حدث مستقبلى .

3) المفعول Object  :

Ø    The Government task force فريق العمل الحكومي 

Ø    On Better Regulation بوضع تنظيم أفضل    

Ø    The successor body,     وهي الهيئة التي حلت محل
